Arrival & Check-In Guide

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can provide your full treatment without rushing.

  • If you anticipate being late, we kindly ask that you give us a quick call to let us know.

  • For all services (excluding waxing), payment is collected before your massage session and can be made by cash, card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), or voucher.

  • If you’re visiting as a walk-in, we’ll kindly ask for your name and contact number at reception to add to our client log.

During Your Treatment

  • For hygiene and comfort, we ask that guests wear underwear during their massage. Disposable underwear is available upon request.

  • To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please set your mobile phone to silent mode before entering the treatment area.

After Your Treatment

  • Take your time to slowly transition back after your massage. We recommend drinking water to help your body stay hydrated and to support the benefits of your treatment.

  • If you enjoyed your experience, we’d love to welcome you back. Rebooking your next session in advance ensures you get your preferred time and therapist.

Refund Policy

Each situation is reviewed individually; however, refunds are typically not provided for time already used during your treatment.

Less than two hours notice or no-shows could result in being charged 50% of the booking value.

Do you offer extra services or “happy endings”?

Absolutely not. We are a professional and reputable massage and wellness studio. Sexual requests, inappropriate behavior, or harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Such actions will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund, and may be reported to authorities if necessary.

What should I wear during the massage?

We recommend wearing underwear during your massage. If needed, disposable underwear is available upon request. Our therapists are trained to drape towels professionally to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times.

Can I request a specific therapist?

You can request a specific therapist only when booking in advance, subject to availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preference. However, please note that generally, therapists are assigned in rotation, so selecting a specific therapist upfront is not usually possible.

Can I change my therapist after the session has started?

Yes, you can request to change your therapist within the first 15 minutes of your session. Please let the receptionist or therapist know promptly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Is there any penalty or extra charge if I change my therapist during the session?

No, there is no penalty or additional charge if you decide to change your therapist within the first 15 minutes. We want you to feel comfortable and satisfied with your treatment.

What should I do if I want to extend my service time during the session?

If you’d like to extend your service time, please inform your therapist or the receptionist as early as possible during your session. We will check availability and do our best to accommodate your request, though extensions are subject to therapist schedules.
